GeForce 8400 GS
nvidia-drivers 169.09-r1
Xorg: 7.2

I had this problem with a GeForce 6600 LE as well. Don't remember which
drivers.

But as I said, it's also in the GDI renderer, it just shows differently. In
OpenGL the mouse has a quarter of a second or so lag. In GDI, it's just a lower
framerate.
