Have run the sample wine (hh.exe *.CHM) on a clean WINEPREFIX, and uploaded
the generated messages as an attachment.

The message have definitely changed, but the visual effects have remained
the same:

- no icons in left side tree
- initial page not displayed, compare to screenshot showing same CHM-file
  displayed in Windows.

Hope that this helps - am trying to play by the rules. :-)
