Ok, I could confirm the problem with AA enabled.

If AA is enabled, you also hit bug 14341 again.

When fbo and AA is enabled you get:
fixme:d3d:stretch_rect_fbo >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> GL_INVALID_OPERATION (0x502) from
glBlitFramebuffer() @ ../../../git/dlls/wined3d/device.c / 5770

So then you probably wouldn't see the "wrong" dark polygons. There is no error
output in the case of backbuffer.
