Game on Win Xp

Still present in 1.2-rc6. Confirming the water "falling left" and ships are
almost not rendered (you can get a glimpse of some of its pixels when its
moving). I also see a problem with flag rendering.

Attaching two screenshots;
One showing the game on windows xp and how it should look:
- The water (coming from right, but following the cliffs contours) is falling
down the edge above the lower ship
- Ships are drawn at their starting positions

One showing the game in Wine 1.2-rc6:
- The water is not interacting with the cliffs correctly
- Ships are not drawn
- Flags are (almost) not drawn - you can glimpse their lower pixels.
