Must be a regression as there have been no notes of texture changes in the TF2
patch notes.  I haven't played a lot of TF2 since Wine entered RC but I can be
sure it worked previous to that.  I should note that I was using the 195 series
of Nvidia driver.  

Does it stick around if you are using Directx 9?
