Please specify the Wine version you are using. It looks like you're not using
the latest version, as the DDE progman behavior was improved in 1.2-rc4, and I
have no problems installing the software, other than some DDE complaints from
the installer.

Why do you think this is the case? LINO.EXE launches successfully for me with
winver=winxp.
