I can't reproduce this - I always get the right icons with
wine-1.2-rc7-44-g03742f4 and
http://cdburnerxp.se/downloads/releases/3.0.x/cdbxp_setup_3.0.116.zip.

Your architecture is x86-64? Did you compile Wine yourself? Is libpng present
and usable?

Please attach a WINEDEBUG="+menubuilder" trace.
