Terminal output on Wine-1.2-rc7

Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) install Pro/ENGINEER with licence in an file
3) wine proe.exe

Behaviour:
Nothing happens

Expected behaviour:
Pro/ENGINEER should start

Pro/ENGINEER std.err file:
pm_is_portmapper_port_busy: bind failed, error = 10013

pm_is_portmapper_port_busy: bind failed, error = 10013

pm_is_portmapper_a_portmapper: bind() failed

Pro/ENGINEER std.out file:
WARNING: Workstation service not found

Workstation service must be installed and started.

Exception - code was -1073741819.
