GetVolumeNameForVolumeMountPoint input validation improvement

This makes the checks on absent trailing \ in GetVolumeNameForVolumeMountPoint
more specific and match windows behaviour also fixes 3 wine test cases.
This will not fix the bug itself now passes onto another bank of checks.
First use of git and patch submission apologies if it does not work.
