Quark with native GDI+

This bug is still present in wine v1.2 (stable). Only with a workaround,
setting gdiplus.dll to native windows binary is working. With some glitches, as
you can see here on my screenshot.
Until now I wasn't able to do the regression test complete: after compiling the
application crashed at startup.
