To the contrary, the installer creates a desktop icon named "Free Pascal IDE"
that attempts to execute "wine C:\\FPC\\2.4.0\\bin\\i386-win32\\fp.exe", so
it's a GUI application and not a console application. Is this what you meant?

Regardless, it shouldn't segfault.
