[Bug 23273] Spore doesn't start

Made some progress.

DL wininet via winetricks, select Spore in winecfg, and under the libraries tab
add the default override (native, then builtin) for winhttp & wininet.  Certain
distros may need to make sure they have gecko installed as well.

When running the game, these changes pop up an error when running under a
normal user account, but ask me for my registration code when I run as root.

I want to solve the obvious permission issues before continuing.  Any ideas?
