did you check:

There seems to be a pretty good bug understanding/analysis between Wine and the
game.
My guess is your crash (division by zero) is font/glyph related.

Could you try to run the game as follows:

WINEDEBUG=+tid,+seh,+relay,+font LANG=ja_JP.UTF-8 wine ./th123.exe &> log.txt

and attach resulting log when it crashes.
Could you also try the following:

$ winetricks corefonts

and if that doesn't help:

$ winetricks allfonts

and see if it changes something.
