The portaudio builddevicelist search all config file including .asoundrc to
find all possible pcm device and it use snd_ctl_open() to find the device name
if you have bluetooth-alsa plugin , ctl_bluetooth.c call bt_audio_service_open
ctl.headset {
type bluetooth
}
bt_audio_service_open: connect() failed: Connection refused
