(For me, winetricks quartz doesn't work around it; it explodes in a call to
IFilterMapper2_RegisterFilter():
DEVENUM_ICreateDevEnum_CreateClassEnumerator(iface=0x13fd8d0,
clsidDeviceClass=<?>, ppEnumMoniker=0x32e214, dwFlags=0x32f22c)
[dlls/devenum/createdevenum.c:677]
but that's another bug.)
