You shouldn't be running as root, and I'm skeptical that there is a leading
period in the name of the executable.

Same thing. The chdir problem to me suggests a problem with Fedora's packaging
of Wine.

You have a version-mismatched wineserver still running.

The original bug had zero information about the nature of the problem, and your
problem is something else entirely. I'll mark this invalid; the reporter has
had plenty of time to provide the requested information.
