I do see this in a CentOS 4.8 virtual machine. The snd_pcm_recover function
doesn't seem to be available in the ALSA library from package version
1.0.6-5.RHEL4. I'm not sure how important calling snd_pcm_recover is for
winealsa.drv, but in the worst case, I figure the configure check could be
modified so that Wine doesn't try to build with the libasound that RHEL 4
ships.
