it seem that your config is wrong 

ALSA CTL device can only be "hw:0" 

"default:0" was used for PCM device but has been obsolete

i.e. wine cannot allow use to select sound card anymore 


wine seem access alsa pcm device but oss synth


do you get sound when run the following command since it require your sound
card support wavetable synth or running a softsynth  "timidity -iA "

wine dlls/winmm/tests/winmm_test.exe.so midi
