Fail to copy a file over itself

This patch fixes uTorrent for me. I've tested on Vista and overwriting a file
there with itself fails with ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION. This patch gets Wine to
do the same.

I'll send it to wine-patches as soon as Julliard comes back from holiday.
