I'm looking at the page in English, and halfway down it says "Since the APT
repository can only hold the latest packages, older versions of the packages
are available at the WineHQ .deb packages archive." That's no longer true since
Ubuntu moved to ppa, so our web page needs to be updated.

As for actually maintaining archives and updated packages for older versions of
the distro, that's the distro's responsibility. File a bug with Ubuntu for
that.
