You cannot confirm your own bugs unless you have triage or higher access.  This
bug is not confirmed.

In rare cases the bugs do get confirmed by votes.  Theoretically it's a useful
idea, but as you say, the Wine triage team are pretty on-the-ball.

Perhaps voting should simply be disabled, or all emails about them should be
suppressed?  It does seem fairly pointless getting emails about votes.

Either way, the reporter's vote is just as valid as yours or mine.
