+d3d CoD4 log with shadows enabled

I've run CoD4 with shadows enabled, these are the last 40000 lines. I've killed
the application to make sure that the calls that originate the bug would be
found in the file.

The full log has 350 MB, 9 MB compressed, let me know if I should send it.

Playing the first level (after training), it looks like that the bug begins
only after the first lightening in the game (it rains in that mission).

If it helps, while I'm playing, the following message appears repeatedly in the
terminal, either with shadows enabled or disabled (without any debug channel):

fixme:d3d_surface:IWineD3DVolumeImpl_LockBox (0xc49e218) : pBox=(nil) stub
