Download link was dead; updating to working one. The file downloaded from that
link is for the 2007 version, but what it really does is install the 2003
version, then attempt to apply SP3. 

Tab behavior in wine-1.2-rc2-224-ga2791a0 for the 2003 installer is the same as
described in comment #13.
