[Bug 23105] Runtime error when try to run data entry application

I cannot reproduce the runtime error with a clean Wine prefix using either
wine-1.2-rc2 or wine-1.2-rc2-250-g950919e. What I've done is:

1. Execute cspro40.exe and complete installation, selecting the option of "all
components".
2. Launch CSEntry.exe in the C:\Program Files\CSPro 4.0\ directory.
3. Select the Examples\CAPI\capi.ent file in the spawned open file dialog.
4. Press OK for the file associations dialog.
5. Enter an arbitrary string in the operator ID dialog (I chose t3st1D).

I cannot see any runtime error occur after this dialog.
