I was wrong here, but never mind... Actually i like them most - such which were
never discovered before B-)

1. Cùran did not answer yet, so let's consider it the same.

2. I did a regression test between 1.1.2 and 1.1.3:

    wined3d: Fix copy paste error in IWineGDISurfaceImpl_RealizePalette.

    It has to update the whole surface, so NULL must be passed to
    x11_copy_to_screen. Fixes a regression in Red Alert.

3. No other bug report suffers from this commit.
