No, because this one is still present in wine-1.2-rc3.
 * QIP Infium v2.0.9032rc4
 * Create QIP account (no need for ICQ, Jabber, etc.)
 * click "Preferences" icon -> tab "Accounts"

1. I did a regression test between 1.1.43 and 1.1.44:

2. No other bug report suffers from this commit.

3. Revert of this patch after git checkout makes that problem go away. (unable
to revert on top of 1.2-rc3)

PS: Don't know, whether window with different IM icons shouldn't be also white
(instead of gray) or this is given by used theme??
