Another test: Run Gnome System Monitor (2.28.0) and watch the CPU History
graph, while running StreamHijacker, but not capturing audio.  Sweep mouse
pointer back and forth (without clicking) over the three window control buttons
(About, Minimize, Exit) located in the upper right hand corner, which will be
blinking/repainting.  CPU History graph stops scrolling until mouse
sweeping/hovering stops, then begins scrolling again and shows a CPU spike of
90 to 100% (on one core of a dual core).
