In wine-1.2rc3, there's no upside down flipping any more, even when switching
to other apps.
I'm using "RenderTargetLockMode"="readtex" with MCM2 on the Mac, but the
default (no more override) works just as well now.
There's still annoying mouse lag (bug #17234).
