cannot answer this question until they post the pulseaudio crash log  with
bluetooth. 

at lease alsa-pulse plugin is not tolerable as "padsp" in this case 

i.e. the pulse device of alsa-pulse plugin did not enumerate a compatible alsa
hw device ( get underrun more easier than the real hardware

In theory, the pulse device should compared with dmix since they support
software mixing
