Still present in wine-1.2-rc4.

Berillions, i tried now AssassinsCreedIIGame.exe and AssassinsCreedII.exe, but
both give me same results: "failed to get
http://static3.cdn.ubi.com/orbit/products/4/latest.txt, patching will not work,
trying to start app anyway"

Anyway, looks like that 1.2 will be cut of new Ubisoft's games.
