This bug is a major regression vs. Wine 1.0 caused by commit
c62cf2e049ad37d9561957c47d23fc7ba13adc90 and not fixed by commit
258d42982cf526b3d9c59ccb522b27db3f519541.  It should be considered a major 1.2
release target. It isn't a last minute discovery as this bug was the major part
of the bug 21609 regression reported 4 months ago in 1.1.38.
