Using a native wldap32 fixes the issue for me.
Placed a native version of wldap32 in the WoW folder, added an override in
winecfg for wldap32 and set it to native only.  Logged in with no problems
after.

uname -a:
Linux 2.6.32-gentoo-r7 #1 SMP Mon May 31 13:00:48 CDT 2010 x86_64 AMD
Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ AuthenticAMD GNU/Linux

wine --version:
wine-1.1.43

emerge -pv wine:

Updating to wine-1.1.44 now, will report back if it somehow breaks again.
