tested with RC5, still happens.

tested with nvidia drivers 196.x and 256.x, same behavior.

tested with Opensuse 11.3 RC1 which has KDE 4.4.3, just in case it might be
related to KDE, the behavior is a little different, the mini screen top left
appears, clicking that will fill left half of the screen with lotro, right
clicking taskbar and selecting full screen will give lotro fullscreen but like
before without mouse/keyboard input, ctrl+f1, ctlr+f2 will eventually solve
this.
