rthdribl 2.0 requires this function as well.

Using winetricks vcrun2003 (program needs MFC71.DLL)

wine: Call from 0x7b8369a2 to unimplemented function
d3dx9_36.dll.D3DXCreateTextureFromFileExA, aborting
