After playing Aion Online for some period of the time the gameplay becomes
sluggish and unplayable.

Using 

gcc version 4.4.4 (Gentoo 4.4.4-r1 p1.0, pie-0.4.5) 
wine-1.2-rc3 (With mouse hack on appdb page)
wine explorer /desktop=Aion,1680x1050 bin32/aion.bin -noauthgg
