How to make application quit silently

Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) winetricks vcrun2005
2) install ManyCam
3) wine ManyCam.exe
4) get an error
5) see attachment to know where to click

Behaviour:
Application quits silently

Expected behaviour:
Application should shouldn't quit

In terminal there is only

fixme:win:RegisterDeviceNotificationW (hwnd=0x40026,
filter=0xdaf494,flags=0x00000004) returns a fake device notification handle!
