Drag&dropping works in wine-1.2-rc5. Still two issues:
fixme:ole:OLEDD_TrackMouseMove drop to another process window is unsupported
fixme:shell:IDropTargetHelper_fnDragOver (0x400e650)->(0x33ebd4 0x80000007)

Opening a new bug for anything left.
