If it's not a bug, the current implementation is less than ideal, at least. It
makes moving the virtual desktop window difficult or impossible. If the user
Alt-Tabs away from Wine (so the virtual desktop window loses focus), what Wine
could do, is only recapture the mouse when the user clicks inside the virtual
desktop window (not when clicking on e.g. the window title bar to drag it).
