Setting CPU-Z to run under Windows 98 mode in winecfg bypasses that.

I am using wine-1.2_rc5 and I can reproduce this bug.

By the way, if people want this bug fixed, they should vote for it. Do not
complain about it going unfixed for so long if no one is voting for it to be
fixed.
