I don't know whether this changed due to your patch (I'm testing with Wine
1.2rc5 now), but nested popup behaviour is still incorrect.

See the LCW.HLP file I'm about to attach.

Open it with Windows winhlp32. Click "Help, Basics" then "Autohelp popups",
"Autohelp popups, turning On / Off". Click the checkbox popup link. Notice the
checkbox popup has a popup link "accelerator key". Click that. The checkbox
popup disappears, and the accelerator key popup appears instead.

In comparison, with Wine winhlp32 when you click "accelerator key", notice that
the accelerator key popup appears momentarily below the checkbox popup, then
both popups disappear.
