Candidate patch to prevent running out of script items on last item

ScriptItemize needs an extra script_item to store the end pointer.  It looks
like it is possible to cause a write past the end of the block which is
probably triggers an exception randomly depending on where the block is located
in memory.

Can you give this a test.
