1. Blood Ties (Yahoo! Games) fails during the startup. Before it at least
opened browser's window.

2. I did a regression test between 1.1.39 and 1.1.40:

3. No other bug report suffers from this commit.

4. Revert of this patch on top of wine-1.1.40 makes that problem go away.
