I'm getting an exception even with that patch reverted, although it does
continue after that. I still need to look at why my patch changes that
behaviour, but the underlying issue seems to be the same as for bug 21323,
which comes down to "IWineD3DSwapChainImpl_SetDestWindowOverride() is broken".
(Don't bother with the hack attached to that bug though, it's broken and I
already know why.)
