Ad.1
1. Install the client
2. Run the LineageII.exe from the main directory with LC_ALL="ru_RU"
3. Wait for the client update completion
4. Press Start button

Ad.2
I don't know if it has worked in the past. I am sure, however, that the NA
client works fine. It must be a problem with the custom security of the Russian
client (the FrostSecurity thing).
