I installed Acrobat Pro 6 in 1.1.40. Then I uninstalled the wine1.2 package,
and downloaded and installed the 1.1.22 .deb from winehq.

Testing using this configuration, I confirm that this bug exists as originally
described: clicking Help -> Detect and Repair doesn't do anything.

As per Jeff's comment (#12), I am reopening this bug.
