IMHO the issue stems rather from the changed logic in
WebBrowser_OleObject_Destroy. Before commit
ff06efd1eb54f4a3f7b2f29e9b2c81f002b8e33f the WB_OO_Destroy called
SetClientSite(..., NULL), which released the doc_host thingy, now that's not
happening in that code path any longer.
