I made those tets on a laptop with a GeForce 8600M GT and running Nvidia driver
190.53

I don't think that calling this bug 'black screen on games' is right though,
while that is true with some games, on others the graphics just gets messy
(badly rendered). Also, I thought this was just one bug, since the errors
printed on the terminal in both cases are the same
