Via Steam the Games for Windows Live is still a blocker.  

I think GFWL being uninstallable should be broken out in to a new bug as it is
a big blocker for several games (DOW2, Batman:AA, Red Faction: Guerilla off the
top of my head) and I've seen almost no comment about it anywhere.
