[Bug 22035] After clicking a link in Steam program it crashes

I can confirm: with Wine-1.1.40 the Steam client (the official version, not the
beta) quits silently, without backtraces when I click on any links in the Steam
Store.
This issue was not present in 1.1.39. The result of regression testing is:
