[Bug 17570] Can't build/install DPK files in Delphi 7.

The (german) error message is: "Package
C:\Programme\Borland\Delphi7\Projects\Bpl\SynEdit_D7.bpl kann nicht geladen
werden. Modul nicht gefunden"
(my english translation: Package C:\...\SynEdit_D7.bpl cannot be loaded. Module
not found.)

When I open the .dpk again and click install again, I get (the german version
of) the error message reported by Jeff: "[Fataler Fehler] Ausgabedatei
'C:\Programme\Borland\Delphi7\Projects\Bpl\SynEdit_D7.bpl' kann nicht erstellt
werden"


Here is the listing of the directory
~/.wine/drive_c/Programme/Borland/Delphi7/Projects/Bpl$ before starting wine:

dclusr70.bpl  dclusr.dcp

After clicking Install and receiving the error message:

dclusr70.bpl  dclusr.dcp  SynEdit_D7.bpl  SynEdit_D7.dcp  SynEdit_R7.bpl 
SynEdit_R7.dcp
